PhotoAny helps users generate, edit, and transform images through chat-based AI image creation and an AI Image Agent workflow. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how image tasks may be processed, and the choices you have when using PhotoAny.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and improve the service:

1. Account information — Name, email address, login method, profile image, and account settings.
2. Image and prompt content — Images you upload, prompts you enter, reference materials, generated outputs, chat history, and metadata needed to run image generation and editing tasks.
3. Usage data — Feature usage, credit consumption, model selections, task status, device information, browser type, approximate region, and diagnostic logs.
4. Payment and billing data — Plan, order, subscription, credit, and invoice records. Payment details are processed by payment providers; PhotoAny does not store full card numbers.
5. Support messages — Messages, attachments, and contact details you send when requesting help.
6. Cookies and similar technologies — Cookies used for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and product improvement.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide image generation, photo editing, AI style exploration, account, billing, and support features.
• Store chats, uploaded images, generated images, credits, and plan status for your account.
• Process payments, prevent abuse, protect security, troubleshoot failed tasks, and enforce usage limits.
• Improve product quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Communicate service updates, security notices, billing notices, and support replies.

AI Image Processing

When you ask PhotoAny to generate, edit, transform, or analyze an image, the prompt, uploaded image, reference image, generated output, and task metadata may be processed by PhotoAny and by the AI provider needed to complete that request.

You should avoid uploading images or prompts that contain information you do not want processed for the requested image task.

Service Providers

PhotoAny may use third-party AI, storage, payment, authentication, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. We share only the information needed for those providers to perform their services.

We choose providers that support operational security and limit access to what is needed for the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information:

• With service providers that help us operate PhotoAny.
• When required by law, legal process, or government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of PhotoAny, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We keep account, billing, chat, image, generated output, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may delete content where account controls provide that option.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. You can manage some information in your account settings or contact us at support@photoany.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No internet service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and respond to security issues responsibly.

Children

PhotoAny is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PhotoAny changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
