By accessing or using PhotoAny, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

PhotoAny is a chat to image generator with an AI Image Agent workflow for image generation and photo editing. It helps users create, edit, transform, and manage images through prompts, uploaded references, supported AI models, credits, chats, and creative tools.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Credits may be consumed when you generate, edit, transform, retry, upscale, analyze, or otherwise process images. Prices, credit grants, limits, model availability, and supported payment methods may change over time.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Image Inputs and Outputs

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, and outputs you create with PhotoAny. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, edit, generate, download, publish, and use content.

AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to existing works. Review outputs before using them publicly, commercially, or in any context where accuracy, identity, rights, or compliance matters.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PhotoAny to:

• Violate laws, regulations, rights, or platform policies.
• Upload or generate illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Generate or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Create face swaps, deepfakes, or manipulated likenesses without each subject's clear consent.
• Violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, model limits, rate limits, security controls, or payment systems.
• Interfere with the reliability, security, or integrity of PhotoAny.

Intellectual Property

PhotoAny and its software, design, brand, documentation, and service features are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you lawfully upload and create, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any applicable provider policies.

Third-Party Services

PhotoAny may rely on third-party AI providers, payment processors, storage providers, authentication services, analytics tools, email providers, and hosting infrastructure. Your use of PhotoAny may also be subject to relevant third-party terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using PhotoAny at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use PhotoAny in a harmful or unlawful way.

Disclaimers

PhotoAny is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every AI output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoAny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will revise the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
